Our partners in China are looking for talented individuals for Director of Studies (DoS) positions in the major cities of Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen. You will be responsible for teacher development and management in their state-of-the-art language schools and teach a range of students a variety of courses.
Main Responsibilities
-Teacher training and development.
-Teacher management
-Teaching high quality lessons
-Scheduling and timetabling
-Administrative reports
-School development and operation
-Attending Professional development seminars and DoS training sessions.

Skills Required:
Do you have what it takes?Essential
-College/University graduate
-A recognized TEFL qualification
-A minimum of 2 years EFL teaching experience
-Computer literate
Preferable
-Diploma level EFL teaching qualification and/or Masters in TEFL or related subject
-Previous supervisory experience, preferably in an educational environment
