We are hiring certified ESL teachers for Santiago, Chile.
We are looking for dedicated professionals who will commit to the full academic year, from March/April to November/December. Exact date will be set once programs start or contracts are signed.

Additional qualifications
Successful applicants will either have a TEFL, TESOL or CELTA qualification as well as at least TWO years of relevant teaching experience. Additionally, we only hire enthusiastic, flexible, professional, and dedicated teachers. Our school expects teachers to provide active, student centered classes. We believe in a communicative approach where grammar plays a strategic role in oral production. Teachers are encouraged to prepare extra materials to support their students' learning processes.
Salary and Benefits
We offer full-time contracts and visa assistance. Our guaranteed monthly minimum salary is $500,000 Chilean pesos (over $800.00US) plus overtime for all hours over 70 per month. Teachers can be assigned up to 120 hours of contact time per month. Potential gross salaries can reach $1.000.000 (over $1,600 US) chilean pesos per month and will be discussed with selected teachers in local or skype interviews.
Part-time work is also available.
Job Summary
We travel to our clients' offices. Our corporate clients are within Lima and Santiago city limits. If assigned to other regions, other pay will be considered.
At present, we are only hiring for Santiago and Lima, Peru. Teachers should expect to have classes at peak hours (morning, mid-days, and evenings), with some classes in between and opportunities for many extra hours. Textbooks help in the training process but, teachers should prepare extra materials. Fluency and grammar are key to our system.
