We provide small group lessons based on well-recognized American texts, teaching materials and curriculum for our 5000+ registered Chinese students. Sprout is looking for experienced ESL and non-ESL teachers to join our team. Please note the time difference. You are likely to teach classes in your early morning or late evenings depending on students’ availability.

FEATURES:
• Work from home with flexible teaching hours
• 2- 4 students per class 
• 50-minute or 60-minute online classes 
• Students aged 5-15 years
• Teaching materials provided
• Specific subjects, such as science, history, literature, writing available

PAYMENT:
Salary negotiable, generally set between… 
• $18/h-$25/h 
• Extra bonuses and opportunities possible 

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Native English speakers from the US or Canada
• Experience in the education field highly desirable
• TESOL, TEFL or similar teaching certification preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or above required

INSTRUCTION HOURS:
A minimum of 8 hours/week for a period of six to eight months required 
Available time slots are as follows: 
·5 pm to 9 pm weekdays, 8 am to 9 pm on weekends (Beijing Time, UTC+8)
·8 am to 10 pm for Summer and Winter classes (Beijing Time, UTC+8)
