About the Job

Overview

Starting from March 2009 we are going to implement English language training project cooperating with the Ministry of Education, Science, and Culture of Mongolia. Over 1000 secondary English language teachers will come throughout Mongolia to participate in the training. There would be three groups, each group will consist of 350 people including training staff and participants whom will live and participate in training activities at the campsite.

-First group will start 10MAR-06APR, 2009
-Second group will start 08APR-04MAY, 2009
-Third group will start 06MAY-01JUN, 2009

To organize the training successfully we are seeking at least 10 Native English Speaking Professional Teachers /NESPT/ whom cannot be found from Mongolia. We will cover all the expenses of NESPT while staying in Mongolia starting from 1st of April till 1st of June including monthly salary, accommodation at the camsite, fullboard meal. After the successful pilot we will organize 4night 5day tour in middle Mongolia in an advance for NESPT. Prolongation the contract to work as a full time teacher in Ulaanbaatar city training center is available upon request after the project.

Skills Required:

The main duties of ESL during the pilot are:
1.Teach English language leaching methodologies to participants
2.Teach spoken English to participants to upgrade their oral abilities
3.Supervise and participate in all activities during training including fun and team building games.
