Appendix of the contract



Party A's Obligations

1. Party A shall provide Party B with free accommodation.

2. Party A shall pay Party B a monthly salary of RMB 5200~5400 Yuan, which shall be paid on the twentieth of each month. Party A shall bear the personal taxes. Or the salary will be 6,000-6,400rmb a month for a month contract.

3. Party A shall pay Party B RMB 100 Yuan for lunch (or provide Party B with free lunch) each month.

4. Party A shall pay Party B RMB 1,100 Yuan as travel expenses in the middle of each term.(totally RMB2,200 Yuan)

5. Party A shall pay Party B a bonus of RMB 2,000 Yuan by the expiration of the contract.

6. Party A shall provide Party B a return ticket from and to CANADA (Home country) when the contract expires.

7. Party A shall help Party B to apply for the resident permit and Visa; Party A shall bear the expenses thus incurred.

8. Party A shall buy an accidental insurance for Party B.

Party B's Obligations
1. Party B shall teach 16~18 periods of classes each week.

2. Party B shall take part in activities organized by Party A if aska

3. Party B shall not be late for classes and shall not leave the classroom earlier.

4. Party B shall ask for approval of Party A (English department and the school leader) beforehand if he can not give a class because of illness or personal affairs. Party B shall make up for the missed classes when the leave is up. If Party B fails to make up for the missed classes, Party A can reduce Party B's salary in the following way: monthly salary - missed classes*(monthly salary/ (weekly classes*4)).

5. Party B's salary shall be reduced if he does not give a class without permission. The salary will be reduced in the following way: monthly salary-2*missed classes*(monthly salary/(weekly classes*4)).

6. Party B shall bear all the expenses incurred when he sees a doctor.

7. Party B shall bear all the expenses of electricity, telephone and pure drinking water.
