Details:
Full-time and Part-time Trainers are required year round to join a highly successful and expanding training company. These positions are perfect for dynamic self-starters who want to expand their knowledge of teaching practice and develop their skills. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Create and implement the methods to educate and enhance current training programs.
*Formulate training outlines and determine instructional methods to best facilitate and communicate specific training materials.
*Conduct follow up analysis of all completed training to evaluate, measure and report on the progress of each individual employee.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
*An ability to teach Business English and desire to enhance clients’ soft skills.
*Teaching also General English multilingual classes ranging from Beginners to Advanced levels.

*An extensive knowledge of modern, international business and an awareness of the development of China and Asia.
*Respect for trainees and coworkers.

*Enthusiasm and flexibility.
*Excellent organizational skills.
*An ability to promote effective teaching and learning across all abilities.

*A sound understanding of assessment and monitoring.

*Familiarity with target setting and action planning.

*Passion for raising trainee achievement.
*Desire to help design training curriculum.

*Commitment to working evenings.
*Prior corporate training or corporate education/employee development experience
*Strong organizational detail.
*Excellent cross cultural communication skills
