Overview

We are seeking positive, experienced and creative Teachers that have a passion for teaching young learners for established Kindergartens in across China.

The program is stimulating for the students which encourages creativity and self expression and are designed to educate the whole child, physically, intellectually, socially and academically.

We are looking for professional, responsible, patient teachers that understand these years are critical in a child’s development and it is the period where the foundations for their social skills, self-esteem, perceptions of the world are established as well as the development of their cognitive skills.

You will have support from a developed and unique curriculum designed to engage and stimulate your students with a variety of materials from flashcards, songs, stories and videos as well as all the resources you will need to keep your classes engaging. English classes are followed by games for the kids, exercises, play time and other activities throughout the week Monday to Friday with breaks allowing you to freshen up and you will have weekends free.

Main Responsibilities: -Plan lessons that achieve learning objectives and curriculum goals -Create a positive classroom environment -Establish and effect rules for acceptable behavior -Observe, evaluate and record children's academic progress -Collaborate with other staff members to assist in the teaching process -Perform administrative duties as required

Compensation -Excellent salary: 14,000 to 20,000 RMB per month (depending on position, qualifications, certification and teaching ability) -Free accommodation or housing allowance per month - Assistance in finding accommodation if needed - Paid holidays -Legal work visa -Insurance provided -Professional in-depth training with on-going program supervision - Airport pick up and relocation assistance

Requirements: - Passport holder from US, UK, Canada, South Africa, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand - Bachelor’s Degree - TEFL Certification (unless degree is in early Childhood Education) - Responsible, dedicated and passionate in teaching young learners -Disciplined and a good team player -Clean criminal record - Able to complete a 12 month commitment Teaching kindergarten requires energy and a positive fun-loving attitude and is immensely fun and rewarding.
