About the Job

Overview

English 1 is a global network of language schools with over 30 years of experience and more than 200 centres across 50+ cities in China.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical teaching experience and live and work in China as part of an international team.

In this role, you will:

- Teach English to children aged 3–16
- Plan and deliver lessons using English 1’s curriculum and teaching materials
- Use a range of classroom resources and technology to support learning
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Take part in school activities that support students’ learning

Full training and ongoing academic support are provided.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

- Bachelor’s degree (or due to graduate soon)
- Clean background check
- Passport from: UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
- TEFL/TESOL certification (or willingness to obtain one; support provided)
- Willingness to learn and develop as a teacher

Previous teaching experience is not required.
