We are a well established private kindergarten in China. We currently have 5 schools in Wuhan and 1 in Changsha, and are still steadily expanding. We provide excellent teaching materials (Houghton Miifflin and Frog Street) and professional training for our teachers. Changsha The City
Changsha is the capital city of Hunan Province, just south of central China and is situated in the river valley along the Xiang River. The history can be traced back to 3,000 years ago, the tomb relics standing as witness to ancient human activity in the area. Along with these ancient tombs the experts also located silk products, paintings, potteries, bamboo slips for writing, weapons and herbs, which can all be visited at the Hunan Provincial Museum.

Main Responsibilities
o Maximum of 20 teaching hours per week
o Maximum of 20 admin hours per week
o Class sizes: 20 to 25 students
o Student ages: 3 to 6 years old
o 5 working days per week with evenings and weekends off
o Counseling students by providing constructive feedback
o Cooperate with Chinese staff to ensure the constructive communication and efficient operation of the centre
o Participation in Extra Curricular Activities (ECA)
o Lesson planning, creating course outlines
o Deliver classes in a professional and creative way

Compensation
o Excellent salary: 22,000 to 28,000 RMB per month for teachers from native English speaking countries
o Excellent salary: 18,000 to 28,000 RMB per month for teachers from non-native English speaking countries
o Monthly housing allowance: 2,000 RMB (assistance provided with apartment search)
o Airport pick up and 3 nights hotel reception upon arrival
o Flight reimbursement on contract completion: 10,000 RMB
o All Chinese public holidays (full pay) plus 2 weeks summer holidays, 2 weeks winter holidays (full pay)
o Paid and sponsored Z work visa provided
o Medical and accident insurance provided

Requirements
o Bachelors degree or above
o Native English speaker from UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland or South Africa
o Non-native teachers in China with fluent English and teaching experience
o 2 years of post graduate working experience required
o TEFL certificate 120 hours OR at least 2 years teaching experience required(No TEFL? We recommend INTESOL www.GoldStarTeachers.com/INTESOL)
o Fluency in oral and written English
o Clean criminal Background check
