About the Job

Overview

Teach conversational English lessons to students through our interactive online platform.

Deliver lessons according to provided lesson plan to ensure effective learning results.

Utilize various oral teaching methods and answer questions online according to the students‘ needs.

Teach 25-minute highly engaging online lessons.

Coordinate with our curriculum design team to update teaching materials in order to improve learning outcomes.

• Work remotely
• Contract term: 6 months
• Start date: immediately

We have classes from 10am to 11pm Beijing time, your schedule would be your choice.

Salary and benefits

Payment: Negotiable

Salary policy: We will evaluate your performance every 6 months. Hourly rate will be increased if requirements are met.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual only
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Teaching certification（TEFL/TESOL/CELTA etc.) required
• Experienced teacher preferred
• Outgoing personality, able to actively motivate students in class
• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility
• Have a passion for online teaching
• Hardware Requirements: Desktop or Laptop with fast internet connection and audio/video capability
