We are looking for an Academic principle for international high school in Qingdao

To meet the requirement of the school teaching, and constantly improve the level of international

education; to promote the professional development of teacher team, enhance the capability of

teaching and research, now we open the recruitment of foreign academic principal to all the

foreign teachers within our center.

Duties & responsibilities: 

1) Be responsible for lesson plan and course design and delivering lessons to a

range of classes operated by Kaplan Qingdao centre.

2) Marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of students’

progress and development;

3) Helping students in all areas of the curriculum

4) Researching new topic areas and maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge;

5) Managing students’ behavior in the classroom and on school premises, and

applying appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior;

6) Participating in and organizing extra curricular activities;

7) Participating in departmental meetings, parents' meetings and whole school

training events, and contacting parents for updating students’ academic performance;

Salary and Benefits:

-25k-35k rmb/month (after tax) negotiable

Academic Principal Role:

1) Assistant Center Principal to achieve teaching objectives and student’s

management

2) Organize the teaching study and research activities and the classobservation；

3) Support each program on marketing activities and students recruitment at local

center；

4) Participate new in staff recruitment and professional skills induction training；

5) Support center principal to coordinate with overseas academicinstitutions;

6) Responsible for the evaluation of each subject teacher in every semesterand

yearly academic summary

7) Assist the CP to develop the current program and manage the introduction of

new programs at delivery centers；
