Overview

I. Qualifications
a) Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland
b) Major in early childhood education or other related field preferred
c) Two years kids teaching experience is preferred, TEFL/TESOL certification is a must
d) Age between 24-40
e) Can apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position

II. Job Descriptions
Teaching
 Teach English classes for 2-12 years old children(around 12 students per class), and participate in Parents English Corner.
 Giving demo classes to potential customers to help with student recruiting; Assist on Recruiting activities for new centers.
 Doing student level placement test, supervising exams and giving end-of-level tests.
 English lessons shall be conducted by foreign teachers.

Working hour
 35 real hours per week（excluding lunch and dinner）, of which, teach 25 real hours per week, including teaching regular classes, sales demos and marketing activities. Classes are calculated in academic hours. One academic hour equals 60 real minutes.
 Time-tabling: on weekdays 15:00 to 20:00, on Weekends 9:00 to 18:30, 8.5 working hours and 1 hour break per day, day off schedule will be decided by school.

Holiday
11 days public year, 2 days off/week, 10 days of annual leave/year, 1 day Christmas off

Compensation
Up to: 2,2000 RMB/month, including basic salary, housing allowance and other benefits.
