The school is a Taiwanese company founded in 1997 with the goal of providing children in Asia with quality English education. There are over 40 franchise schools in Taiwan and China region combined as of year 2012. Here we provide an all-English environment for students and follow the English curriculum as set by North American standards. At our school, we teach children 3 - 15 years old, with an evenly distributed focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. We encourage a classroom environment that is both fun and educational. Apart from providing children with the best English education we can offer, we also offer teachers a chance to grow. All teachers go through a 20-hour in-school training which includes: curriculum goals and teaching methods, classroom management, parent communications, cultural differences, and class simulations, etc.

Teachers have a chance to better themselves as teachers, and also learn about local cultures. Main Responsibilities

• 35 working hours / week (max 25 - 27 hours teaching )
• Deliver engaging, effective lessons to children
• Complete all administration tasks in a timely manner
• Actively participate in school activities, fieldtrips, open houses
• Attend professional development workshops and trainings

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor's degree 
• 2 years teaching experience post graduate
• TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred

Compensation Package

• Monthly salary: 14,000 – 15,800 RMB (depending on the city)
• Other Yearly Bonuses: 4,400 RMB
• (Christmas bonus, Chinese New Year bonus, Performance bonus)

• Flight reimbursement: 3,000 RMB
• Contract completion Bonus: RMB 6,000 RMB
