Description:

Established in Jinan since 2011, the well known Spring City in China, our school focuses on teaching childrenfrom the ages 4-12.  

Our facilities include smart boards in every classroom, a movie theatre, English training software in the parent waiting areas, the temperature and air quality carefully monitored and a video monitoring system which allows parents to observe their children at all times.  

One of the key features which help differentiate our school from other training schools, is the fact that we focus more in reading, and we help students to be a story teller, and think in English. We combine several subjects such as Language Arts, Phonics, Music, Art, Science, Geography, Physical Education, Social Science in our teaching and make the classes creative and interesting. English is used as a tool for our children to learn to be active-thinking, good personality and optimistic in their future. Therefore, teachers are given a great deal of freedom to embrace our inquiry based learning program.

We have a training school, a Kindergarten, and an English library which has more than three thousands English version books to serve our members.  We are looking forward all the passionate professional people joining us, making our dream to be reality.

Recruitment vacancy: ESL teacher/Kindergarten teacher

1. English as native language speaking Teacher ( nationality include US,UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Irand) 2.Qualification: Bachelor degree and above
2. More than 2 years of school teaching experience for ESL teacher
3. TEFL/TESOL preferred 
4. have great passionate in education, love children and good communication skills
5. Starting Date: all year round

Vacancy Responsibility

1.Teaching children aged from 3-12 years old

2. Develop teaching plan according to the school standard. Organize teaching activity efficiently and comprehensively. Ensure students’ interest in learning and stimulate their learning enthusiasm. 
3. Provide good teaching service to students such as checking homework, give feedback to students performance etc.
4. Update parents on time about their children progress and maintain good communication with parents.
5. Able to participate teaching research and other school activity. Create positive relationship with colleagues.

Working time:

1. for ESL teacher: Wednesday to Sunday

Every day schedule: in regular and according to school schedule

25 teaching hours+ 5office hours (total 30 hours/week)

2.For Kindergarten teacher: Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm

lunch break: 12:30pm-2pm

Monthly Salary

 18000-22000 RMB after tax
