Salary from at least 14,000 RMB a month

(Starting salary typically 14,000 RMB to 17,000+ RMB but will depend on the interview)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above from: UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa. 
2. Preferably a TEFL/TESOL certificate or 2 years relevant experience with a reference.
3. Clean criminal record.
4. Good image and temperament, patient, cheerful, lively, responsible, able to maintain a positive and optimistic attitude, love working with children and a good team player.

Job Description:

1. Teaching English to small classes and one-on-one, (15 full classes, the current average number of classes is 10)
2. Students include youth and adults, and the proportion of young students is relatively large, accounting for about 80%.
3. Teach students aged anywhere from 3 to 60. You will be given details during the interview with preferences.
4. Teach students how to learn English, develop their bilingual thinking ability, and convey the values of self-confidence, optimism and positive thinking.
5. Complete teaching tasks to a high standard according to the teaching plan
6. According to the curriculum arrangement, make full preparations for the class
7. Actively participate in various training sessions and lectures organized by the teaching department or headquarters

Salary

1. Basic salary, in addition you will receive bonuses of 3,000-4,000 RMB, (no late arrival or early departure, no teaching complaints, no refund)
2. Salary after tax :

Option A:

14,000 - 15,000 RMB per month (basic salary + bonus). The company provides accommodation, (usually 2-3 people share), the company bears the cost of rent and you will be near the campus.

Each campus can provide the rest of the expenses such as water and electricity.

Extra expenses such as housing deposit (the deposit is generally one month's rent) shall be borne by the foreign teachers themselves, and the roommates are foreign teachers of our company.

Option B:

16,000 - 17,000 RMB per month (the salary includes basic salary + bonus + housing supplement). The foreign teachers will solve the accommodation by themselves, (our company will provide some housing information as appropriate).

Working hours:

1. Teaching hours: 25 hours per week, there’s no need to be at office when you don’t have a class. Saturday and Sunday, you will need to work, two days of rest through the week, not necessarily consecutive it depends on the specific class arrangement.
2. Extra teaching hours shall be paid on an hourly basis (the calculation unit of extra teaching hours shall be monthly, that is, if the teaching hours exceed 100 hours in the current month, the overtime teaching fee shall be calculated, and the teaching hours shall be 130-140 RMB per hour, and no compulsory overtime work).
