Education/teaching Management Role --Shenzhen in Guangdong province. 

Compensation:
 · Monthly salary:20K--25K before tax (depending on qualifications and experience)
· Housing allowance 3K

· RMB5,000 airfare allowance paid by the completion 1 year of contract.

 

Responsibilities：
· Prepare and deliver oral English lessons and student associations, taught in English;
· Staff management of the teacher team:
--Organize corresponding training of teaching skills and product knowledge for teachers at different basic levels (conduct teaching research and discussion activities, observe classes, organize criticism and grinding of classes and other activities);
--Provide guidance on career development for teachers in the team
--Participate in the daily recruitment of new teachers, provide professional employment advice.
· Organization and planning:
· Maintain effective communication with school management team, and support the completion of various indicators and tasks;
· Attend staff activities in order to remain current about educational policies and special procedures;
· Working hours: Around 40 per week from Monday to Friday.
· Office hour: Indeed but according to the school arrangements
· Student age:12~14 years old
· Class size: Less than 20
· Textbook: According to schools’ arrangements;
· Able to begin when work visa is available.

 

Requirement
· Master degree.
· Native English speaker wanted.
· At least 5-year teaching experiences and 2 years administration experiences;
· Good communication, coordination and organization ability, have experience in organizing teachers to carry out teaching and research;
· Good at expression, provide lively and infectious lectures; Have broad knowledge reserve; · Love education, good affinity; Proactive and responsible.
· TESOL, TEFL, ESOL,CELTA certificates.
