ESL Teachers needed in Baoding, China. 12000rmb/month, free bachelor apartment, Z-Visa.

WE OFFER

-12 000/month base salary for first year teachers. Salary is negotiable for teachers with experience.

-Monthly performance rewards

-Free non shared apartments are in a new development and in proximity to the school.

-8000RMB flight allowance/year

-Airport pick up and any assistance you need to get settled in.

-Medical insurance.

-We offer 10 paid days off. When taking national holidays and paid vacation time in conjunction with weekends that comes down to around 30 days of away-time, so plenty of time to travel.

-Total of 21 teaching hours/week + office hours for a total of 35 hours.

-2 weeks training with ongoing help as you develop your teaching skills.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

-Native speaker from United States, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand.

-Bachelors degree and or TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL certificate.

-Experience preferred

THE SCHOOL

We've been open for 4 years and have seen great growth. We currently have 6 teachers on staff who are all on their 2nd or 3rd year with us. We are continuously expanding and looking for well motivated teachers to join our team. We use a mix of both interactive white boards and big screen touch displays in coordination with a simple and easy to use curriculum. We believe in offering our teachers a straight forward easy approach to ESL that helps build a solid foundation you can then develop from.

THE CITY

Baoding is not to big and not to small. Offering everything you might need in terms of entertainment and all with a low cost of living, making it ideal for saving money. It is also very well located in close proximity to both Beijing and Tianjin which is great for quick weekend trips.
