Salary: 15,000-20,000 RMB/Month (no more than 40 working hours/week, 25 teaching hours/week, with weekends off, working time: 8:00 am-12:00, 1:00pm-5:00pm)

Responsibilities:

• Learn and administer the appropriate curriculum for children in your care for both classroom and outdoor activities, in accordance with age appropriate objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy of “Hug First, Then Teach”.
• Collaborate with Chinese Lead Teachers to maintain daily update communication with families of children in your care.
• Maintain confidentiality with information shared by owner, administration, teachers, staff and families.
• Report any suspected child abuse to owner or administrator. You are a mandated reporter.
• Work closely with Chinese Lead Teachers on maintaining all appropriate daily records.
• Assess and record progress in all areas of growth for children in your care. This includes physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth.
• Document incidents and accidents appropriately for the administrators’ approval.
• Work with Chinese staff to arrange the classroom environment in accordance to program goals. 
• Meet all Quality Assurance and Education Best Practice Guidelines.
• Stay current on and meet all licensing regulations.
• Paid summer and winter vacation

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least two years teaching experience in kindergarten
• Yong, active candidates who love teaching and kids preferred
• Candidates with complete documents for Z visa preferred
