China (Shenzhen) International Personnel Training Center (CIPTC) is a State-owned company that recruits Foreign Teachers for the Education Bureau in Shenzhen, China. We are a qualified company devoted to the localization of international education and committed to the professional development of all of our staff and teachers and are currently in our sixth year of international education programs. Around 300 foreign employees are working on our behalf throughout the Shenzhen Area. Our main goal is to internationalize education in the public sector and create a relaxed and friendly environment thus enabling students to gain confidence in their spoken English. To ensure our goals are met, we provide monthly professional collaboration sessions that provide an in-depth focus on instructional strategies to meet the learning levels of students and the instructional diversity of our teachers. Visiting our educator's classrooms and providing feedback, guidance and recognition then supports our collaboration sessions. CIPTC is growing and impacting the lives of students in China. - Job: ESL Teachers for Shenzhen public schools
- Public school Average Class size: 40-50 students.
Working hours: 8am-12pm, 2pm-5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Teaching hours :up to 18 classes per week
Starting date: September, 2019

Salary: 9k-15K PLUS 3K housing allowance

Flight: 8,000 RMB ($1300+) flight bonus, paid in two halves
Performance bonus:6,000 RMB, paid in two halves

Candidate Requirements:
- Native English speakers between 22-55 years old;
- Hold a Bachelor’ s degree or above in any major;
- 120 hours TEFL or 2 years of prior teaching experience.
