Package offered:

Position: ESL Teacher 

Location: Shanghai China

Pupil age: 3 to 16 years old

Salary (RMB): From ¥ 19,000-¥ 23,000 per month (Stable salary before tax).

Accommodation (RMB): ¥ 3,000 per month

Monthly Bonus: Available.

Over time Teaching bonus: Available.

Health Insurance: Provided.

Family Welfare: Health insurance for immediate family members, including spouse, parents and kids.

Training: Available

Working hours: 40 hours per week.

Work date: Flexible, Monday to Sunday as arranged, with 2 off days per week

Vacation: 10 days personal paid leave every year, plus all the public holiday in China (holiday substitution may apply).

Flight Allowance (RMB): ¥8,000/12 months.

Sign-in Bonus: available.

Others: Airport picks up and 5 free hotel nights upon arrival.

Requirements :

Native English speaker i.e. UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Candidate must have minimum of 2 years English teaching experience.

Bachelor degree or higher

TEFL, TESOL & CELTA certifications will be a plus.

Non-Criminal certificate

KPI per month RMB 2,000

Demo Bonus RMB 50 per sign-up
Over Time RMB 100 per teaching hour

Weekly Top Sales Bonus RMB 300 / 200 / 100 respectively

Requirements:

120HR TEFL/TESOL Certificate
