Overview
International School Vice Principal Job Description:
- Location: Nanjing city, Jiangsu province, China.
- Contract Term: two academic years, as soon as work visa issued in 2019.
- Students Age: 15-18 years old (Grade 9-12).
- Work Days: Mondays to Fridays. Two days off on weekends.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities Summary:
- Teaching one or two courses among Math., Chemistry, Science or Physics (about 10 periods per week)
- Curriculum design and research development, AP Leading a curriculum team to design and implement a diversified curriculum as to fully maximize students' potentials
- Student Management and Service: to ensure students are developed emotionally, physically and academically healthy throughout our various programs and club activities.
- Marketing: student recruitment and interviews.
- Staff Development: staff training and teaching innovations.
- Foreign Staff Recruitment: interviews.
- Admission Activity: visiting various schools to promote school motto, meeting perspective students’ parents, overseeing admission paperwork, procedures etc.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: RMB40,000 monthly.
- Accommodation: free accommodation provided.
- Holidays: full paid 11 days Chinese public holidays per year.
- Vacation: about three weeks full paid vacation per year.
- Airfare Allowance: up to RMB10,000 reimbursement of round-trip flights upon the contract fulfillment.
- Insurance: medical insurance and accident insurance provided.
- Work Visa: yes.
Requirements:
- Master degree or higher, major in Education or relatives.
- At least two years secondary school teaching experience and over two years management experience, worked in American schools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
