JOB 1 
• On-line teaching position based in Beijing
• Salary: 23900 RMB 
• Quarterly Bonus: up to 6000 BMB 
• Yearly Bonus: 10,000 RMB (upon completion of contract) 
Quarterly Bonus KPI is based on: 
• Teaching skills 
• Teaching feedback (Repeated Student/teacher complaints data)
