What is our demand?
- 1 Teacher Coordinator who can start working asap

Requirements:
- From English speaking countries
- BA degree or above
- TEFL/TESOL certificate or other kinds of teaching certificate

- At least 3 years of experience working with young students
- Love working with kids, patient, team-oriented

Compensation and benefits
- Qualified candidate with experience and background in early childhood education: 19000 - 20,000 RMB
- Single apartment provided
- Health insurance provided
- 1 week summer and 1 month winter holiday paid
- Flight ticket reimbursement at the completion of the contract  upto 10,000 RMB
Z visa

- Opportunity to be promoted to Curriculum coordinator in the second year

Position details
- For the first 2-3 months, teacher will have classroom teaching experience to get familiar with the curriculum

• Students: 2 - 6 years old
• Working schedule: Mon - Fri, twp days off on Sat and Sun
• Working hours: 8:30 am  - 4:00 pm
• 1 - 2 Chinese homeroom teachers in each class
• Class size: 20 - 25 kids

- After that, teacher will be responsible for:

• Review and complete training agreement and training plan
• Organize activities
• Support team-building
• Analyze student performance and teacher performance
