Overview
Canadian Franchise School is recruiting Early Childhood Educators for its campus in Phnom Penh, Cambodia (Immediate and December start dates)
We are currently looking for 3 dynamic and enthusiastic teachers for our Kindergarten Program; the students ages range from 1.5 years to 6 years old. We offer competitive salary and generous holiday leave up to 50 days per year.

Package:
• Competitive salary depending on the experience and education
• Initial training and on-going coaching provided by an experienced head teacher
• Mon-Fri 7:30am to 4:30pm (27h to 30h for teaching hours per week depending on class level; 1h lunch break a day)
• Generous holiday package: 23 days paid public holidays per year + 18 days paid annual leave + 6 days paid annual sick leave + 2 weeks paid semester breaks per year
• Visa and Work Permit- reimbursed upon completion of contract
• Assistance in finding the accommodation provided
• Airport pick up provided
Main Responsibilities:
1. Prepare documents and lesson plans for teaching young children following the Canadian Childhood Development guidelines
2. Manage a group of 3 to 4 teaching assistants who will help you in the classroom management and taking care of the children
3. Be able to work effectively and professionally with all team members, parents and students from different cultural backgrounds.
4. Follow the core-values and mission of the Learning Jungle International School to provide the highest standards of education and care to young children in Cambodia
Requirements:
• We prefer native English speakers
• Holder of a bachelor degree and a valid teaching certificate/TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/ is a plus
• Must love working with young children
• Willingness to learn and improve teaching skills
• Must be punctual and have a high sense of responsibility
• Must be well organized, honest, flexible, have a positive attitude and good work ethic
• Must comply with school teaching standards and requirements
