New Dynamic Institute (NDI)

New Dynamic Institute is one of the best providers of private educational services in China. Since its founding in 2004, it has expanded hugely. We have both adults and kids centers. We provide professional English training for adult students in both general and business English and for kids in their English foundation. With more than 40 centers all over China and our headquarters in Dalian, we are developing in quickly.

With a multidimensional learning system, we provide multimedia courses, private classes, salon classes and complementary classes to help students in NDI improve in an easy way. We also provide talk club which consists of Online Spoken English, English Corner and Activities to help the students have a functional grasp of oral English.

We have a good working environment, atmosphere and a competitive salary system.

Teaching hours: 25 hours per week(no office hour)

Salary: 16000RMB-18000RMB ( varies according to the qualification of the employee.)

Airfare: 6000RMB per year

Benefits:

- 11 days Chinese Statutory holiday

- 5 days annual leave (paid) after completing the contract.

- 2 paid sick days (provide doctor’s note)

- Assist candidate with his/her visa, foreign expert certificate, residence permit in order to stay and work in China legally.

Qualifications for Applicants:

- Native English speakers (USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or NZ)

- Bachelor degree or above with anthentication

- TESOL/TEFL Certification

- EFL classroom experience is preferred, but not essential.

- Positive attitude, reliable, independent and be able to work under a dynamic environment.

- Highly-motivated with pleasant personality
