Job Requirements

•Provide a caring and nurturing environment for the children;
•Maintains a healthy, safe and clean classroom;
•Shows a genuine interest and love in children;
•Create and implement Lesson Plans;
•Strong communication skills interacting with parents and staff;
•Multitasking - being aware of classroom environment and dynamics;
•Interacts consistently with children in a positive and loving manner;
•Has energy level to do the job;
•Ability to follow directions and be a team player;
•Must pass background check, including impeccable references

Qualifications
•Native speaker preferred;
•Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood education or related field;
•Passion for child care and making a difference in the lives of young children;
•At least 12 months of professional teaching experience in a kindergarten classroom;
•Minimum age of 22
