About the Job / School
On the Mark is now looking for fresh graduates and experienced teachers who are interested in teaching English to young learners in Ningbo, China.  With the prospect of teaching onsite and offsite classes, we are currently putting together a brand new team of dedicated and positive teachers. There are more than 2000 students, 30 foreign teachers and 6 local Chinese teachers in the school. We are looking for candidates are passionate on teaching young learners aged 3 to 16 years old with the class size 8-12 students.

Teachers will work 5 days a week from Wed to Sun. Teaching hours from Wed to Fri will be 4 PM to 8 PM. Weekend hours will be 10 AM to 8 PM or 8:30 AM to 6 PM. 
    
Requirements
- Native and non native English speaker
- Bachelor's degree
- TEFL certificate preferred 
- 1 year working experience preferred 

Compensation Package
- 9,000 to 11,500 RMB monthly salary 
- 2,000 RMB housing allowance
- 11,250 RMB flight reimbursement
- Up to 3,000 RMB contract completion bonus
- 11 days public holidays plus 10 days extra holidays 
- Airport pickup + work visa (reimbursed) 
- 3,000 RMB loyalty bonus for signing a one-year extension
