Overview

Bounce Kids is an Australian owned training school based in Changsha - a second tier Chinese city with much to offer. Student's range from 3¡ª12 years old, with a maximum of 8 students per class. Each class is 1.5 hours long and every teacher is supported with an English speaking TA - a maximum of 18 teaching hours per week! 
We are looking for teachers who are available to start ASAP.

*Salaries range from 10,000 RMB to 15,000 RMB a month depending on qualifications and teaching experience.

Required Qualifications 
A passion for working with children. 
Native English Speaker with a passport from one of the following countries: UK/ Australia/ New Zealand/ Canada/ America/ South Africa

Other Compensation and Benefits: 
Paid Holidays, including all Chinese National Holidays, Christmas day, an extra 7 days during Spring Festival, and 1¡ª2 weeks during Summer. 
8000 RMB contract completion Bonus 
2000-6000 RMB performance bonus at the end of the contract 
Training 
ESL certification programs including Cambridge TKT and IDLTM, Trinity CertTESOL and DipTESOL 
Airport pickup upon arrival, free hotel accommodation during your first week 
Working Z Visas(qualified)

P.S - A note from Sarah 
I¡¯ve worked at Bounce for over two years and can vouch that its an amazing school to work for. The students are great! The staff are friendly! And the boss is the nicest person in the world! This is a really great school for first time teachers venturing solo - although Bounce welcomes friends, couples and people of any heritage. Sadly though we can only hire native speakers due to the expectations set by the parents. Note though that we will consider non-native speaks providing you are fluent with little to no accent, and hold and a passport to native English speaking country.
