On the Mark is currently hiring new teachers to join our team and is looking for those who can deliver exciting, communicative English lessons and encourage our students to speak English with confidence. We are certified by Chinese government for hiring foreign teachers to teach legally in Hangzhou and dispatch them to all over mainland.
Our students are aged from 3 to 12 years old and the focus will be on developing their oral English and pronunciation as well as giving them some insights into Western culture by using New Headway textbooks.
Hangzhou is definitely one of the most beautiful cities in China. Hangzhou offers an ideal destination for anyone seeking to live in China. If you want to experience traditional Chinese culture but might be put off by isolating yourself from Western life completely, Hangzhou is the ideal location for you. The city is full of accessible bars and restaurants and is a two-hour train ride from the excitement of Shanghai.
The public schools have over 3,000 students and classes run from Monday to Friday with teachers teaching 20 hours per week maximum (NO office hour) with classes of 30-40 students.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- A clean criminal record
Compensation Package:
- Monthly salary: 8,000 – 12,000 RMB per month (depending on teaching experience and qualification)
