About SOYOO kindergarten:

SOYOO kindergarten which is the only cooperative organization of the US HIGHSCOPE headquarters in north of China, is owned by the YEARN Group . The hardware facilities of SOYOO kindergarten are good enough with 12000 square meters building area and more than 5000 square meters of indoor teaching area. Currently SOYOO have more than 100 staffs and nearly 300 students and more than 10 foreign teachers. By using the HIGHSCOPE concept and combined with the Princeton English Teaching System conducted by our experienced foreign teachers, SOYOO is aiming to become a leading kindergarten which focused on English teaching in north of China.

Working time: 7 hours working time per day from Monday to Friday,weekends off  (8:30-12:00A.M. and  2:00-5:30P.M.) No more than 4 hours teaching each day.

Monthly compensation package up to 18,000 RMB：

* Monthly Salary package: Base salary: up to 15,000RMB per month, based on qualifications

* Sponsored legal Z work Visa

* Health Insurance

* Airfare bonus: RMB 4,000-8,000 after contract fulfillment

* Incentive Bonuses for extra teaching hours

* Free accommodation or house allowance: RMB 1,500-2,000 per month

* 11 days national holidays

* Airport pick-up upon arrival

* Living Assistance: setting up SIM card, bank account, transportation card, apartment rental, etc.

*Free three meals for every working day

Requirements：

* English native level speaker

* A Bachelor’s Degree or above （authenticated by Chinese embassy）

* Must be able to obtain a clear background check (authenticated by Chinese embassy)

* Positive attitude, reliable and be able to work under a dynamic environment

* At least one-year commitment, longer dedication highly preferred
