Viva English 
We are a small privately owned education company with language schools offering reading, writing and science classes to children of the more affluent members of Shanghai. Located in Gubei and Lianhua our schools have been furnished to a high standard and are uniquely equipped to provide a high level of service to our customers. Our curriculum has been developed in-house ensuring we can meet the needs of our customers and the demands of Shanghai’s education system. 
Our classes are limited to a maximum of 6 students, who are thoroughly tested to ensure they are placed in the right course, thus providing the most benefit from their lessons and best meet their individual developmental needs. 
Although at present we are a small company we still have big ambitions and will be growing the number of centres quickly in the near future. 
With our 2 centres having grown quickly Viva require further members of staff. Candidates from native English speaking countries are preferred, a degree is required, TEFL is an advantage 

Full time Teacher – Responsibilities 
• Deliver a wide range of courses (phonics, reading, writing and science) 
• Design bespoke courses using proven teaching methodologies. 
• Provide written and verbal feedback to customers on students development and learning needs. 
• Test students level using in-house phonics process and Renaissance Learning STAR reading tests. 
• Provide written assessment on students progress and develomental goals. 
• Contribute to the wider business goals by offering feedback and identifying areas of improvement. 
• Rapport building with students and parents 
• Participate in company meetings and events 

Wage and benefits 
• 18,000RMB + (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications) 
• 10,000RMB bonus for contract completion 
• 8,000RMB towards flight for contract completion
