Hello, Everyone! Welcome to YiChi Share!

We are a new training center located in Shenzhen, Southern China. We are looking for exciting and energetic teachers like you to join our teaching team!

But first, let’s get to know each other better. Yichi Share Education is a family owned language center that focuses on teaching English to the young children of our community. The name “Yichi” comes from the name of our two boys, Yi and Chi, who were born and raised in the United Kingdom. When we moved back to China, my family and I decided to start a free English class for our beloved children and other kids in our community. After a year of hard work, our center has grown exponentially, and we transformed from one small class of 6 children to a professional English training center with over 100 children.

And we’re still growing! Our company will open multiple English schools across Shenzhen this year, and we would love to expand our teaching team! You’re more than welcome to come join us in China!

We offer a competitive salary in return for hard working and active teachers. We are looking for young and talented teachers with a passion for teaching children and a desire to make a change in our community. We want to find energetic and friendly teachers that can inspire our students and our very own children in a relaxing atmosphere. But most importantly, we want all of our students to have fun and enjoy learning English within our classrooms, and we hope that our teachers can create an enjoyable and unforgettable experience at Yichi Share.

Salary: 14,000-18,000 RMB with monthly bonus of 1,000-2,000 RMB per month

Native English Speaker (due to China’s VISA requirements, only applicants from the USA, the UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia qualify)
• ENERGETIC PERSONALITY IS A MUST!
• Bachelor’s Degree
• TEFL Certification (optional)
• Ability to commit to a 1 year contract
• Clear criminal background

We emphasize ENERGETIC, PATIENT, and FUN teachers. We want our students to have a fundamental approach to learning, so active classes are a huge part of our learning model. Please include any examples of your teaching style, either in a short video of your classes, introduction video, or a 5 minute mock teaching video.
