Overview

RYB Kindergarten is currently seeking teachers for the upcoming semester starting in September 2018. RYB is an established company with over 300 locations across China. Our newest location is currently being built on the small island of Haidian Dao located just of the coast of Haikou city, on the larger island of Hainan. Haikou has been nicknamed the “coconut city” due to its many varieties of palm trees. The island offers a warm year round climate, the cleanest air quality in China, a very low cost of living compared to bigger cities like Shanghai or Beijing and easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches in China.

We offer: 
A highly competitive salary. Up to 16,000 RMB (tax free) per month without housing or 14,000 RMB (tax free) with housing provided. 
If choosing to find your own apartment, the school will help you to locate and rent an apartment of your choice and a free hotel stay will be provided for 3 days while an apartment can be secured for you. 
We offer an 8000 RMB contract completion bonus

Complete support for new teachers including a Chinese bank account, phone number, airport pickup upon arrival 
A legal working Visa and resident permit 
Free meals while working (breakfast and lunch) 
Comprehensive training with prepared curriculum and lesson plans

We Need: 
Native English speakers with a passion for teaching. Experience preferred but not required. 
Teachers who are willing to sign a 1 year contract 
A valid passport 
A 4 year college degree from an accredited university that can be verified 
A clean criminal background check (no felonies) 
Able to pass a basic medical check in China

Job Description: 
Teaching young learners from 2-6 years old in age 
A 30 hour work week - No office hours 
An English environment of learning with 2 Chinese assistant teachers for every class 
Must enjoy playing with children, laughing, games, and sharing your culture with the students.
