Overview

AllRight.io is a US-based company looking for bilingual English Tutors to teach children aged 5-15 online in 1-on-1 video chat.

If you are:

• Native English; 
• Russian-speaking (bilingual or studying Russian, elementary level would do) 
• Passion about teaching kids; 
• ESL Teaching Experience or Teaching Certificate (TESOL/TESL/TEFL/CELTA or other); 
• Willingness to work on your own schedule at least 8 hours per week during peak hours in Moscow, Russia. (16:00 to 21:00 on workdays and 09:00 to 21:00 on weekends Moscow time).

Our proposal:

• Competitive hourly rate of 18 USD/hour for native English; 
• Trial lessons for students are paid for you; 
• Payments are done on weekly basis via PayPal; 
• Russian-speaking kids as appreciative students who are motivated by their parents to attend classes and be responsive (attend 50 classes in average); 
• You might define your own schedule; 
• If your kids like the lessons you will have 10-20 classes per week in few months; 
• Friendly administrators and top-niche product developed in Silicon Valley let you focus on teaching and forget about administrative items, setting or rescheduling classes.
