Overview

We are an independent school run by a small team in Shanghai. We provide a homeschool experience for Shanghai parents who are looking to give their children a head start in English and learning. We incorporate western values to give our students a broad, creative outlook, and harness their abilities in reading, writing, speaking and listening. We aim to give students the fundamentals of 
the English language as well as fostering a good attitude towards learning and providing an enjoyable place to study. 
We also provide a ¡°babysitter¡± service in which parents can leave their children in the school while they work. This also includes English practice. 
What we¡¯re looking for: A native English speaker, with or without prior experience, who enjoys working with children and has a creative approach to teaching and learning. University degree in any subject is required. 
Class size: 6 students max. 
Students age: 3-6. 
Salary: 12000-15000rmb per month depending on experience. New teachers welcome! 
Hours: No more than 25 teaching hours per week, and 15 flexible office hours. Teacher can do overtime classes for extra cash. 
Bonuses: 3000rmb completion bonus, upgraded to 5000RMB for contract renewal. Up to 5000rmb 
flight reimbursement. Demo bonuses for new sign-ups.

Holidays: Full Chinese paid holidays and 10 days paid annual leave 
Airport pickup and 1 week free accommodation in Shanghai. 
Guidance and advice with visa, travel, housing, and full support in Shanghai.
