Overview

General Subjects for August 2018.

Satit Prasarnmit International Programme, a Cambridge International Examinations Centre, requires SIX full time teachers for the new academic year. 

1) A Geography Teacher to teach Key Stage 3 & 4

2) En English Teacher ( This would require someone to have a degree in Language and Literature as it would be a first language position)

3) A Chemistry Teacher with Junior Science (This would be teaching Check Point Science and KS4 Biology – naturally a degree in Biology would be an added advantage)

4) A PE Girls Teacher with swim coaching abilities and Biology year 10 (This will be year 7 – 11 swimming together with year 10 Biology)

5) Psychology Teacher ( This would require a degree in Psychology as it would rather from KS4 and 6th Form) 

6) Chinese MFL Teacher 

All nationalities will be considered, however all applicants MUST have a degree in their teaching subject PLUS relevant experience. A teaching qualification would be a distinct advantage. 

The salary of at least B40 000 up to B75 000 can be offered as well as free lunches on the teaching days and Bupa Medical Insurance. Other paid duties could be offered as and when needed. The starting date would be 1st August 2018 and it would be for one contractual year. An earlier date could be negotiated for the correct candidate.

Earlier dates are available for the right candidate to teach on our Bridging Programme and teachers will need to be available from 30th April 2018. This would be a part time position which could be converted into a full time position from 1st August 2018.

Teachers should meet following requirements:
• Must be a native or fluent English speaker.
• Must hold a teaching license from either your country or Thailand or be eligible to obtain one. 
• Must hold at least a bachelor degree in the subject area.
• Must have at least 2 years experience teaching in their subject specialism. 
• Must be in sympathy with the school philosophy, willing to be role models to the students and be committed to providing the best education possible.

Previous teaching experience in Thailand or an international school would be a good advantage.
