UME KIDS CLUB is originated in the United States of Seattle, dedicated to the 0 - 12 year old children and families to provide high-quality, high-quality early language training, is to enhance children's language skills, intellectual development, social skills and ability to explore the development of innovative pioneer. 
UME KIDS CLUB provides language courses (English, French, Spanish, Korean, etc) in a customized way, to create a scene experience learning environment for kids, by introducing Seattle new preschool education system. To enrich parent-child experience life and improve the language cultural atmosphere, we also provide cultural exchange activities between Chinese and foreign families, study tours as a family to travel around the world, and other activities.

Job description: 
 Location: Nanjing (students’ home); 
 Students’ Age: 0-12 years old in groups up to 5 students; 
 Contract Period: one year (12 months) or depends on the requirements (rolling start dates); 
 Begin and end classes on time, give lessons to the highest standards of English language teaching; 
 Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site; 
 Teaching curriculum and teaching material provided; develop and use suitable supplementary materials as necessary; 
 Be pro-active in improving teaching skills through sharing knowledge with colleagues, and using teaching resources found in the centre, Internet and any other available sources 
 Participating in social activities with students (demonstration classes, Life Clubs, tutorials, seminars and presentations) to encourage oral English proficiency; 
 Meet regularly with the center colleagues to communicate all relevant information; attend and participate in workshops in teacher development offered by the centre

Salary and Benefits: 
1. Full-time teachers 
 Salary: RMB10000—18000 after tax per month 
 Accommodation Subsidy: RMB1500 after tax 
 Paid Holidays: Annual Leave (7 days) and Chinese National holidays (12 Days Approx.) 
 Flight subsidy: RMB5000 after tax if 80% demo kids buy member classes 
 Visa: Working Visa Provided (assistant on visa issue) 
 Training: Orientation and Ongoing Workshop 
 Comprehensive Medical Insurance 
 Airport pick-up service

2. Part-time teacher: 
 Basic Salary: RMB200—300 after tax per hour 
 Additional Bonus: RMB50 after tax award for every new members on demo class 
 Flight Subsidy: RMB3000 after tax if teachers have more than 12 classes per week and 80% demo kids buy member classes 
 Transportation Subsidy: RMB150 after tax 
 Visa: Assistant on Student & Work visa if necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements: 
1. Native English Speakers and Non-native English Speakers with good accent; 
2. between 22 and 50 yrs old; 
3. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate (120 hours) are preferential (notarized); 
4. 2 years teaching experiences is preferred; applicants with home tutoring experience is preferred; 
5. Non-criminal background check (notarized); 
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, love kids and enjoy teaching.
