Overview

EF Baotou is looking to add to our expanding team, we currently have a team of 8 international teachers.

EF is the leading company in the ESL world, and EF Baotou has been a part of that since 2010, we currently have just over 700 students at our school, and have seen considerable growth in the past year, which is meaning we have to expand our team even further.

EF develops all it's own curriculm which is alligned with CEFR, meaning students will go into levels suitable for their ability and allows us to give the best possible outcome to student's learning. We are a company who likes to keep ahead of our competition and incorporate the latest technology into our classrooms, with them being equipped with interactive whiteboards or touchscreen TVs, these are used with materials from our courses to make it an interactive experience for our students.

At EF Baotou we have an experienced team, our Director of Studies has been with the school since November 2012, our senior teacher since January 2016, we have a teacher who was with us for 3 years and returned in March 2017, another who was with us for a year previously and returned again in May 2017, as well as some newer teachers in our team, too. The fact we can retain teachers and have teachers come back and join our team shows that we have a stable working environment and are a trusted part of the EF company.

Due to Chinese visa policies we can only hire people who have passports from the following countries: Canada, USA, Ireland, UK, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand. Please note: if you are from somewhere else, but have a passport from those countries, we will be able to hire you, the government have made it all about the passport.

Requirements:

Passport from one of the above mentioned countries.

24 years or older (under 24 if you have experience we can obtain a work visa), we can't hire older than 50 as our local government won't provide a visa.

Minimum of a BA degree is required - this has to be notarized in your home country and then authenticated by the Chinese consulate.

Criminal background check - this must be notarized in your home country and then authenticated by the Chinese consulate.
