Kids Language Training Center Job

Our client is looking for energetic and friendly people to join our team of English teachers in Shenzhen. The successful candidate should hold either a 120 hour online TEFL certificate OR have over 2 years of teaching experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Native English speaker
• 120 hour online TEFL certificate- if you have 2 years of teaching experience, the TEFL certificate is not needed.
• Age 22-50

Compensation Package

• Salary: 16,000-20,000 RMB per month
• Housing: Benefits included in the salary package. The employer will assist you in finding your house.
• Health Insurance
• Up to 8000 RMB flight and visa documents reimbursement allowance.
• Holidays: 5 days annual leave plus 11 national holidays per year

Job Description

Looking for a high paying job with a late afternoon starting time? Our client which is based in Shenzhen has about 16 language training centers throughout Shenzhen.

The primary student ages range between 3-15 years old. Working hours are usually from 3PM to 8PM from Wednesday to Friday, and from 9AM to 6PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

Enjoy your days off on Mondays and Tuesdays and run your weekend errands while avoiding the weekend rush. Teachers here generally teach between 10-15 hours per week.

Unlike other training centers, you will get an overtime stipend for anything over 10 hours per week. Also, this client hire all year around so we can be more flexible with teacher’s start date requirements.
