Overview

Dreamen English is an excellent Chinese online education company in Shanghai. Currently we are running an English teaching program and we are looking for English teachers who are native speakers and are passionate about teaching English. 
We have a large domestic market and a huge student base. The working hours are very flexible and the pay is attractive.

Job description: 
1. Work pattern: Online part time job 
2. Class pattern: One-to-many class 
3. The students are all primary school pupils and the age ranges from 7-14. 
4. Class duration: 45 minutes of active teaching time 
5. Working hours: Beijing time (GMT) 
We have classes from 10am to 9pm Beijing time every day. You can pick your own hours. We highly recommend teachers to work from 6pm to 9pm which are the peak hours in China for the classes. 
Teachers all teach on our teaching platform and teaching materials are provided by us.

Compensation: 
1. Salary: $13.5-$30 per class (45 minutes) 
2. Bonus system (monthly) 
We pay teachers by PayPal.

Requirements 
1. Native English speakers 
2. A Bachelor’s Degree 
3. Applicants with English teaching experience or TEFL/TESOL certification are preferred. 
4. Equipment (a laptop or desktop with a webcam, a headset with microphone; high-speed internet and props)
