※ Class Type: 
· Students age range: 18 to 30; 
· Class: Everyday English (Speaking-focused)

※ Compensation: 
· Block hours: 70~90hrs per month (no office hours) 
· Month salary: 14,500~20,500 RMB + overtime 
· 2 days off/week 
· Overtime rate: 150rmb/h 
· Air tickets: 10,000 rmb/year 
· Annual Leave: 21 days/year

※ Requirements: 
1. Bachelor's degree (or higher) is a must; 
2. ESL teaching experience 2yrs;
