Job description:
Contract period: one year
Teaching Hour : 18class hours per week (45minutes per class hour).
Courses to teach: Graphing of Engineering、Engineering Surveying、Introduction to Civil Engineering 、Design Philosophy of Structure、Subgrade and Pavement Engineering 、hydraulic structure 、Architectural Structure CAD 、Engineering Materials、fluid mechanics、Engineering Geology、Concrete Structure、Construction of civil Engineering、Materials Mechanics、Soil Mechanics & Ground Foundation、Steel Structure、Architectural Design & Construction、Building Construction Project Budget、Seismic of Buildings, etc.
Teaching condition:
*Available Start date: Feb,2018
*Vacancy: 2
*School Type: Univeristy
*Location: Nanchang,Jiangxi
*Salary: 15,000RMB/month
*Teaching Load: 16 teaching classes a week
*Providing free apartment with bedroom and living room, kitchen, bathroom.The apartment with basic facilities：Heating, air conditioner, bathroom with shower, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, furniture, kitchen utensils
*Visa: Work visa
*Airfare:RMB10,000
*Travel Allowance(RMB):1100/Semester
*Summer Vacation Allowance (RMB):2200
*Medical Allowance(RMB) :400
*Renew contract Allowance:Reimbursement of RMB 1500 for travelling in China

2.Postgraduate degree or higher
