About the Job

Overview

London House Academy, a leading language academy based in Mexico, is currently looking for British English Teachers in the same (or a similar) time zone to work online on a full-time or part-time basis from September 2022 giving online classes to students across all of Mexico.

We offer a supportive and fun working environment, competitive pay and are 100% aligned to the personal and professional aims of our students.

We teach classes online through Zoom and typically offer the following schedule:
● Semi intensive classes are from 7:00 - 9:00pm Monday to Thursday (split into
Mon/Weds and Tues/Thurs groups)
● Kids and Teens classes are from 4:00 - 6:00 pm Monday to Thursday (split into
Mon/Weds and Tues/Thurs groups)
● Saturday classes are from 9am - 1pm
We may also have exam preparation and business English courses at other times of the day.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

● British native speaker
● 120 hour TEFL / CELTA qualified
● Living in a country within the same / similar time zone to Mexico (UTC-5)
● Confidence in working with online platforms, eg. Zoom
● Strong internet connection (10Mbps)
