The following is the condition of the institute.

-Location: Daegu (near downtown)
-Intake: 3
-Starting date: June~ beginning of July
-Salary: 2.1~2.5 M won per month
-Teaching targets: elementary and middle school students
-Working hours: Mon.-Fri. 3 to 10
-Housing: fully furnished singles studio apartment
-Number of the current foreign teachers: The director of the institute runs 2 institutes in Daegu and there are 3 foreign teachers at each institute.
-Paid vacation: 10 days per year
-Pictures of the institute: available
-Benefits: Free round trip ticket, 50% of medical premium paid,
Severance pay(equivalent to 1 month salary), visa run to Japan
