What we’re looking for:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver inspiring and transformational learning outcomes
- Positively influence the learner’s experience, engagement and capabilities
- Provide frequent, actionable feedback to learners and advisors via digital methods
- Keep record of the learners’ progress in our next-gen learning platform
Things that should be in your background:
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years experience contributing to professional work environments
Other attributes that will help you in this role:
- Be naturally curious
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Have a growth mindset and thrive on continuous improvement
- Have the confidence to make a difference and drive powerful change
- Have a quiet, secure and distraction free home-based office environment
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, IELTS certification is advantageous
Hours:
- Choose a minimum of 3 hours+ from the times listed below
- 6am - 4pm (Japan Standard Time)
- 6pm - 3am (Japan Standard Time)
Location:
- Have a quiet and secure workspace dedicated and optimized for focused work
- WFA (Work from Anwhere)
