Overview
We have one high school EAP and Research position in Hangzhou that is open to English native teachers in China and their own country (if the embassies work normally); The school can offer PU letter and notification of work permit, and teachers who had sino vaccine or have documents ready are preferred.
Position: (1) English / History / Research
City: Hangzhou, China
Start date: late August or subject to visa application
Age Group: G11 and G12 students.
Immediate - August of 2021 or subject to visa application.
Salary: 24000 - 28000 RMB monthly before taxes (depending on experience).
Rental Allowance: 4000 RMB monthly with fapiao
Food Allowance: 200 RMB food allowance monthly (cafeteria is quite decent).
Flight Allowance: 10000 RMB flight allowance annual before taxes (paid at the end of the year).
Visa Reimbursement: 4000 RMB before taxes (paid at the end of the year).
Maximum of 20 Teaching periods per week and a required 40 hours per week on campus. Minimum of 1 student assessment per week. Must use the textbooks. The majority of students speak good English. Faculty and student policies are all in place and active.
Schedule: 3 sections of English for Academic Purposes. 5 periods a week for each section. Combines mostly literature with some ESL
1 section of Basic research. 3 - 5 periods a week.
1 activity per week depending on the teacher’s ability and preference.
