About the Job

-Monday to Friday 10am-7pm;

-Efficiently accomplish both training session and preparation work and be able to deliver lessons in professional studios alone

-Proofreading works of teaching materials, creative suggestions are expected

-Accomplishing other teaching related tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor

-Actively participated in curriculum development

-Proactively involved in marketing campaign

-To learn and practice the use of video recording related equipment under trainer’s assistance

-Applying positive work ethic and sense of humor to attract students

Qualifications:   

-Native English speakers within 35 years old

-With Bachelor's degree or above and better major in English/education

-With TEFL/TESOL Certificate (120 hours online learning)

-Detailed understanding of teaching language and performance.

-Excellent communication skills; confidence in presenting story to children aged  4-12.

-Early childhood teaching experience working with cross functional teams in a matrix environment.

• Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
• distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.
