Preferred candidates majored Education or English liturature, or related wih a drama. If you didn't major those, you need at least one year teaching experience in Korea(kindy). You don't have to be at the school when you don't teach. The school staffs are very nice and kind. The rate of renewal contract with teacher is very high, because the teachers are very satisfied with their job. They provide a very nice accomodation. It is an officetel in Kangnam area, you can imagine~
