Location:Haidian district of Beijing

Job Description

1. Working hours:Monday-Friday 10pm-7pm with weekends off. 
2. Enthusiastically teach pre-recorded online Englishclasses in a recording studio. Teaching is done sat in front of a web camera rather than on a green screen. 
3. Participate in reviewing courseware and other content to share ideas and to give your input.
4. Occasionally attend live sales classes for Chinese teachers in the evenings (no more than twice a month and finish no later than 8pm)
5. Participate in any necessary video and film production for the curriculum and marketing teams.

 Requirements

1. Native Speakers wanted with standard pronunciation
2. With at least a BA degree
3. At least two years teaching experience in English Language Teaching ages ~3-8 and 6-12
4. Drama, Performance Arts or Music background is a strong advantage but not necessary.
5. We require teachers to be opened-minded and willing to learn the specific requirements needed by our department for teaching these specific style classes

Benefits and Compensation

1. Competitive salary between 20,000rmband 26,000 rmb(after tax) depending on experience level. However, every 6 months to 1 year, the salary can be reviewed if performance is good.
2. 4,000rmbextra for housing (untaxed if invoice provided)
