About the Job
Overview
We here at Dynamic English are currently looking to hire some new faces for our already wonderful team of teachers with immediate start dates! We are physically based in Santiago Chile, but due to the pandemic, we are doing 100% online classes.
Teachers are especially needed for our peak time classes from 17:00-22:00 GMT-3. However, there is a good chance of becoming full time and picking up additional hours if all goes well!
Our classes are 1-1 or small groups of up to 4 students on average. We offer professional development opportunities, teacher and curriulum support, competitive hourly wages, and free weekly Spanish classes!
While we are a Chilean-based company, we also have a legal presence in the U.S. If you are a U.S. resident (i.e. you have a valid SSN, a bank account, and you can legally work in the U.S.), you may also apply for our online only positions, no matter where you are located!
If you are not a U.S. resident, but you meet the requirements below and are interested in relocating to Chile at some point in the near future, please don't hesitate to apply.
Future Dynamic Teachers must:
*have a native level of English
*be TEFL or CELTA certified (or equivalent)
*hold at least a 4 year bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
*be dynamic and a good communicator
*have a valid visa to work in Chile (temporary, permanent, etc.) or the U.S.
*be able to submit a boleta de honorarios to SII when working in Chile
*have a good, stable internet connection
*have a reliable computer/laptop with a camera & microphone
Teaching experience and Spanish are preferred, but not 100% necessary.
